Forks Over Knives

I hosted A Fork Over Knives House Party. We watched the movie and sampled plant-based recipes like Hearty Hummus, dairy-free creamy dressings, and Luscious Lentil Soup. What I liked about the movie was the wide variety of science-based evidence for a plant-strong way of life. Like Dr. Esselytyn said, it may be difficult to make changes in one's lifestyle, but how difficult can it be compared with cutting open your chest for heart by-pass surgery? The idea behind the name FORKS OVER KNIVES is to choose to eat things that a fork can cut rather than be sujected the doctor's scalpel knife. This philosophy has an international following; just Google it. And watch the movie on Netflix and be inspired!
